Performance
In accordance with the
Global Investment
Performance Standards, all fee-paying discretionary portfolios above
certain values are
included in one of the composites listed below. A composite is an
aggregation of portfolios into a single group that is representative of a
particular investment strategy, style, or objective. Please note
that some of the composites did not have portfolios within the composite
during all of the periods.

Current Composites

Tactical-Opportunity Composite - Portfolios included in the
tactical-opportunity composite have maximum limits that apply in the
investment guidelines as follows: cash and equivalents 100%, fixed
income 100%, equities 100%, foreign securities 100%, short ETFs and
mutual funds 40%, and commodity ETFs, closed-end and mutual funds
20%.

Tactical-Moderate Risk
Composite - Portfolios included in the tactical-moderate risk composite
have maximum limits that apply in the investment guidelines as follows:
cash and equivalents 100%, fixed income 100%, equities 50%, foreign
securities 60%, short ETFs and mutual funds 20%, and commodity ETFs,
closed-end and mutual funds 10%.

Past Composites

Equity Composite - Portfolios included
in the equity composite consist of 80-100% equities and 0-20% cash.
Growth Composite - Portfolios
included in the growth composite consist of 60-80% equities, 20-40%
fixed income, and 0-20% cash.
Balanced Composite - Portfolios
included in the balanced composite consist of 40-60% equities, 40-60%
fixed income, and 0-20% cash.
Moderate Risk Composite - Portfolios
included in the moderate risk composite consist of 5-35% equities, 60-85% fixed income, and 0-20% cash.
Fixed Income Composite - Portfolios included in the fixed income composite
consist of 80 - 100% fixed income and 0-20% cash.
